Attention: Beginner and Newbie Triathletes

"Train Like The Pros!”

A Look Inside The Minds Of 5 Pro Level Triathletes

Dear Triathlete
,

If you want to perform better, make quicker gains, avoid injury, burn more fat, and have confidence a lot sooner, I’ve a got a treat for you!

Have you ever found yourself looking back at anything you’ve accomplished in life and wishing you’d known certain things a lot earlier?

You could have reached your goal quicker, utilized your time better, and avoided a lot of trial and error.

Now if you’re like me, I don’t mind a little hard work… I just want to know that I’m doing things correctly. If there’s a better way, I want to know it and I want to know it now.

In anything we do and want to excel at, it’s important to have knowledge. More importantly…accurate knowledge.

A Look At Triathlon Training Through The Eyes Of A Pro

Recently, I was able to do something that even surprised me! As a matter of fact, I still can’t believe it.

I was able to sneak into the inner circle of some of the top pro Triathletes in the world, and secure… not one, but five different interviews with top level pro Triathletes. I’m talking about 75 years of combined experience from both men and women Triathletes.

I picked their brains on everything from goal setting, visualization, exercise, dealing with injuries, equipment and nutrition.

When I was getting started in Triathlon, I would have given anything for this kind of “insider information”.

And...the best part about is... every one of the interviews is geared to you… the beginner Triathlete.

I wish I would have bought the Insider Secrets CD package sooner! I was impressed with the willingness of the pros to give out this kind of help. Sergio in particular gave precise answers that I found to be particularly helpful.

-Tammy Covarrubias
Victorville, CA

You get not one, but five mentors.

If you’ve ever known someone who’s had a mentor, you know they’re able to do things at a higher level and do them faster than their peers. It’s because they’re learning from someone who has the knowledge- accurate knowledge.

They’re also avoiding a lot of the trial and error... the time wasting stuff that frustrates the hell out of you at best... and makes you want to give up, even quit, at its worst.

Now you can have those same mentorship advantages!

It’s all available to you on 5 separate CD’s called “ Insider Secrets For Beginner Triathletes”.

It’s like getting up close and personal with some of the best of the best.

You’ll dicover what goes on inside the minds of top Triathlon performers... what they think about during training... what they think about during a race… and how they mentally deal with injuries and setbacks.

It’ll help you build a solid foundation and have the confidence that you’re doing things correctly from the very beginning.

It’s a short cut to help you zoom ahead because you’re not playing a guessing game with yourself... and soon you’ll be doing things you never imagined your body could do.

Why am I so confident about the advantages you’ll receive? Because everyone you’ll hear from is a professional Triathlete... but they started out like everybody else. Just like you and me.

Let me tell you a little bit about the world class athletes you’ll be hearing from.

Nicole Newton

Nicole’s first love was horses. She began jumping horses at age 7 and considered herself a bit of a daredevil. That’s where she began to love competition.

She’s 31 years old and began her Triathlon career in 1997. She’s been a USAT professional Triathlete for 3 years and has competed in almost all distances including the Xterra (off road Triathlon) pro series. Her background includes competing as a NCAA Division 1 Heptathlete at UCLA, ultra-distance running and, posting a marathon best of 3:06 at the 1995 Los Angeles Marathon. She’s actively involved in her community and does volunteer work as an age group track and field coach each Spring. She lives in San Diego with her husband and Schnauzer, Sally.

Some of Nicole’s 2005 race results include:

Puerto Rico Off Road Triathlon – 1st Overall Female

Long Beach Triathlon – 3rd Pro Female (even with a flat tire)

San Diego International Triathlon – 5th Pro Female

Carlsbad Triathlon – 9th Pro Female

Rachel Sears – Pro Triathlete and Coach

Rachel grew up in a small town in New York. Her first competitive sport was baseball. She was the only girl on the team. As she got older and the boys were able to throw the “rock” a little harder her interest in baseball sort of waned, and turned to running. She used to get up at 5:00 a.m. for morning jogs with her Dad. Her favorite part was the sprint finish to the front door at the end of the run.

She competed in Cross Country in high school and her freshman year at Syracuse University. Her first marathon was the New York City Marathon in 1998. A work related opportunity took Rachel to the West Coast in 1999 and in the Spring of 2000 she competed in her first Triathlon, The Wildflower Olympic Distance. In only weeks after that race she was a 3 rd place age group finisher in the Escape From Alcatraz Triathlon. She has Duathlon World Championships and won a gold medal at the 2001 ITU Short Course Duathlon World Championships. Her professional competition started in 2002.

Her 2005 race results include:

Northern California Multi-Sport Festival Olympic Triathlon – 1st

City of Gold Sprint Triathlon – 1st

Boulder Back Roads Half Marathon – 1st

Us Pro Long Course Half Ironman Triathlon – 6th

Luke Dragstra

Luke hails from Ontario, Canada originally and now makes his home in Leipzig, Germany and San Diego, CA. He was born in 1976 and graduated from Calvin College in Michigan in 1999. That same year he started to get serious about Triathlon. Before Triathlon he enjoyed Hockey (of course, he’s Canadian) Soccer, and Track and Field.

He started his pro career in 2001 and finished as high as 11 th in the Puerto Vallarta ITU International Triathlon. Luke has competed in over 100 Triathlons including 7 Half Ironman events and 5 Full Ironman Events. In 2005 Luke raced in an incredible 17 pro races, a number matched by few.

Luke’s 2005 results:

German Middle Distance Championships – 1st

Triathlon XL de Gerarmer – 3rd

Half Ironman California – 5th

Ironman Wisconsin – 5th

Kelly Cook

Kelly was born in 1973 in Greensboro, NC. She learned to swim when she was just over one. By the time she was 5 she was leading Atlanta’s Brookwood Hills Swim Team to victories. Her specialties were freestyle, backstroke and butterfly. Kelly started running when she was 8 yrs. old and by the time she was 14 she broke Georgia’s high school record for the mile run with a time of 4:57.7 But the rest of the story is this. Since she was still in 8 th Grade at the time, she was deemed ineligible and the record nullified. “Ah c’mon! You’ve got to be kidding me?”

She attended college at the University of Arkansas... “Suuweee!” While at Arkansas she competed in Swimming and Track and Field. She loves animals and has a rescue dog named Juneau.

Kelly turned pro in 2001 and finished sixth at the U.S. Pro Nationals in New York City.

2005 results:

Tri The Parks Triathlon Race Series Flovilla, GA – Female Overall – 1 st

USAT Georgia State Sprint Championship – 1st

Matty “Boom Boom” Reed

Boulder , Colorado is home to Matt. Born in 1975 in Palmerston North, New Zealand, Matt is a lanky 6’ 5” tall. Unlike many, Matt was born and raised a Triathlete. He’s been considered a dominant force in the pro ranks for years and is known for his strength across all three disciplines.

Matt is currently ranked 7th in the World and 2nd in the U.S.

2005 Results:

So what's the bottom line? How much does this complete system cost?

If you paid to attend a seminar with each of these athletes you’d probably be looking at a minimum of $500.
